Drupal is a powerful open source CMS that I got to my attention while I was building my first website. I have used it ever since for building websites.
In the beginning when learning it I went to our local user group, I took part in several conferences, sometimes even active by participating with a presentation. It is interesting how a community around such an open source tools forms itself. They kind of invent their own science around this tool. And actually since it is open source it grows in a rather wild decentralized way. So this probably is necessary to keep it alive. Many people in the Drupal community entertain their own sites, where they talk about their Drupal experience. So this will be mine.
This will also be the place where I store my own work arounds and lessons, so I have not always to reinvent the wheel myself, when I run in to same problem again. I already had that occur several time, when I had a problem and I just knew that I had that before but I did not remember the solution that I came up with the last time. Hopefully it will also serve other people in the Drupal community in a way as their sites served me.
