I always wanted to write a book ...

It is just so hard, I mostly get stuck while reediting what I wrote so far. But now that I have more time I will take another try.

Why history?

I finally  decided history was the most important topic to me.

I am kind of an anthropologist at heart and this is the one thing that sets us humans apart from animals. As children we used to discuss whether humans were different or just another kind of animal.

As an adult when I was thinking about politics, schools, laws etc. I always hit history. So I personally favour it as a subject today. But the way it is tought in schools is mostly boring. At school I did not like it that much eather. So that is why I want to write my own book about it. A book, that will show history as being really exciting and just the thing that has shaped the present and will continue to do so.
